Board member for the San Diego County union of unions. Primary responsibilities include development of AFL-CIO constituency groups to increase diversity participation in the labor council.

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing SCE’s Energy Technology Associates Degree Program in collaboration with MiraCosta College and the Utility Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO.

Not for profit organization providing first responder teams during natural disasters.  Organization’s focus was to provide support for victims of Katrina Hurricane displaced to Southern California. 



California Utilities Diversity Council (CUDC)

Responsible for providing the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) advice in the areas of governance, procurement, employment, customer service, marketing and philanthropy.

Responsible for the development of affordable housing projects, budget and credit counseling programs, and job training programs.  Responsible for fundraising and grant acquisition to achieve program and project goals.

Utility Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO

Responsible for investigating discrimination complaints filed by union members in the Western Region of the United States (Region V).  Responsible for developing and implementing diversity/EO/Communication training for UWUA members throughout the country.
